ITOM

See what you run. Fix it before users notice.

IT operations management (ITOM). We help IT teams get visibility and control over the systems behind their services: know what you run and how it connects, turn monitoring noise into signals people act on, and automate the routine work.

what we do

  • Monitoring and alerts

Monitoring that covers what matters for your services, with alerts that reach the right people — and fewer that nobody reads.

  • Event management

Group, filter and correlate events so one failure shows up as one problem, not a hundred messages.

  • CMDB and discovery

An inventory of your systems and how they depend on each other, kept current by discovery instead of spreadsheets.

  • Automation and runbooks

Write down the routine fixes and checks, then automate the ones that are safe to automate.

  • Capacity and availability

Know when you'll run out of room, plan maintenance, and measure the availability your users actually get.

  • Linked to ITSM

Alerts that open incidents, changes that know what they affect, and one picture across operations and the service desk.

how we work

  1. Map

What you run, how it connects, and which services depend on it.

  2. Observe

Tune monitoring and events so the signal stands out.

  3. Automate

Runbooks first, then automation where it is safe.

  4. Improve

Review incidents and trends with you and keep adjusting.

questions

What is ITOM?
IT operations management covers the day-to-day running of the infrastructure and applications behind IT services: monitoring, events, configuration data, automation, capacity and availability.
How is ITOM different from ITSM?
ITSM organises how the IT team works with its users — requests, incidents, changes. ITOM looks after the systems themselves. They work best linked: monitoring feeds incidents, and the CMDB tells changes what they might break.
Where should we start?
Usually with the noise: which alerts matter and who acts on them. A short map of your most important services comes next.
